Off the beaten track Cry 6's premature Danny Trejo tie-in has been removed
This calendar week, Cold Cry 6 found itself in the freaky position of accidentally featuring actor Danny "Matchet" Trejo. Fortunately, Ubisoft has fleetly worked to remove each traces of Trejo from the game at this time, with the promise of full, production-ready Trejo to return at a afterwards date.
Reported to the game's Emily Post-plunge roadmap, Dani & Danny vs Everybody was meant to personify the archetypal of trio free crossover missions (which also included tie-Immigration and Naturalization Service with Stranger Things and Rambo). But while the Trejo tie-in wasn't set to release until incoming month, Ubisoft inadvertently launched the update a trifle earlier than planned.
Before you go by rushing off to try out the crossing over mission, Ubisoft has noted that it's already worked to remove the bay from the game, likely reintroducing the final version in December as planned.
"The Dani &A; Danny vs Everybody deputation is a work-in-advance and was accidentally released early," Ubisoft wrote on Twitter. "We're working to remove it and look assuming to when players can ensure unstylish the concluding version."
While the console patch has already gone live, there's currently none confirmed date on when the PC update volition go impossible. What we do experience, however, is that's is a pretty beefy update for what it is, with the patch notes suggesting a 54GB download (plus 47 more for the HD texture pack) for what largely amounts to a couple of dozen bug fixes.
That's not a patch, Ubisoft—that's downloading the uncastrated (now Trejo-unoccupied) game complete again.
